We don't intend, if it's in our power, to allow developers to increase their profit margins by pushing the cost of infrastructure off on to homeowners. Just imagine how property taxes will rise in order to pay for infrastructure maintenance. We live in a Binns development off N. Del Rey and we promise you, every week we witness the City trucks working on yet another water line break. It's obscene how much the City has had to spend on maintenance in our small area.
