EMERGENCY PROTEST: END COLONIALISM!
U.S./NATO OUT OF AFGHANISTAN NOW!
Take to the Streets to Stop the War!
Tuesday, Dec. 1, 6pm
Galleria Plaza, Second & Copper NW
Albuquerque, NM
People across the nation are going out Tuesday night as Pres. Obama announces his escalation of the war in Afghanistan. In Albuquerque the Iraq Vets Against the War and Stop the War Machine are calling for people to gather at 6 pm at the Galleria Plaza, corner of Second & Copper St. NW to listen to the president’s speech and protest the escalation.
This location is in front of Congressman Heinrich’s office who has supported the massacre on Gaza last December and the president’s war plans. So have all of our other Senators and Congressmen. We are gathering here to send a message to the whole Congressional Delegation that we want them to oppose this war escalation and to work for other solutions like the freedom of Gaza.
