Bring America to Task for War Crimes

July 29, 2010

As members of the Khmere Rouge
are sentenced for war crimes
committed 30 years ago
like prison chief Kaing Guck Eav
a figure from a regime
that butchered 1.7 million
Cambodians in the 1970′s

Remember that the
American military
killed three million
Indochinese and demolished
Vietnam’s infrastructure
while destroying its terrain
with agent orange and napalm

Not receiving a reprimand
like being on the docket for
crimes against humanity
American continues its
violent occupation
of smaller countries
the American forces
continue to kill civilians
in Afghanistan.
It created havoc and
millions of refugees in Iraq

The contractors make money
providing services in
the war zone
and upon returning home
the prosthetics industry
is busy with the
hordes of amputees

America continues to pay
for its right to commit war crimes

Instead of allocating more funds
for war America should be
indited culpable
for past and ongong crimes
against humanity.
