Fair trade store open Saturdays through August

La Frontera, a fair trade store in Las Cruces, New Mexico at Nopalito’s Galería, 326 S. Mesquite St., is open through the end of August each Saturday, 9 am -6 pm.  Please stop by to see the beautiful woven blouses by Maya weavers of Chiapas and the hand-made prayer flags and assorted personal and household items made by women in Juárez. The store is run by volunteers and all proceeds from sales go back to the women artisans.
