Countdown to the rally in Santa Fe

January 17th at the Roundhouse
NM Occupy groups from throughout the state, senior citizens and college students and everyone in between, Move-On.org <http://Move-On.org/> , labor unions including IATSE and CWA, The Green Party, members of NAACP, Somos Un Pueblo Unido, environmental groups, agricultural coalitions, Veterans for Peace, owners of small NM businesses, churches and religious groups, HealthRight NM, We Are People Here, 350.org <http://350.org/> , Earth Care International, New Mexico Health Security Act… probably the largest coalition of groups to assemble at the Roundhouse for a common purpose. We join together as part of the 99% and in solidarity to put the Governor and the Legislature on notice, we have come to stand-up for the 99%.
We will fill committee rooms for hearings, and we will support (or oppose) important legislation on behalf of the 99%. Most importantly we will be telling the government of New Mexico: Because you represent us, We are here! We are not going away! We are the 99%.
