Bob Hearn of the Quality Growth Alliance, who has done considerable research on the topic of Tax Increment Development Districts will discuss and take questions about this vital issue on Sunday, May 4, 10:30 am in the library of the Unitarian Universalist Church Of Las Cruces, 2000 S. Solano.
